Dr. Bruce Baird is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and president of North Country Orthopaedic Group in Watertown. He earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark and completed his orthopedic surgery residency, as well as fellowship training in spine surgery, from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.

Dr. Steven Fish is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and serves as vice president of North Country Orthopaedic Group in Watertown. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Rochester (NY) and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Peter Van Eenenaam is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine (Steadman and Hawkins Sports Medicine Clinic Vail, CO) and adult hip and knee reconstruction surgery (Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA).
Dr. Van Eenenaam obtained his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York and completed the Harvard orthopaedic residency program at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Physiatrist (Non-Surgical):
Dr. Howard Huang is a board-certified physiatrist with a sub-specialty in pain management at North Country Orthopaedic Group in Watertown, New York. He is fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal medicine and interventional spine care (Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center) and electromyography (Medical College of Wisconsin).
After earning his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, Dr. Huang completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital (Harvard Medical School) in Boston.
